I have been seeing Sara for the last year. At the beginning I was very pessimistic about CBT working for me as I had studied it in college so thought as I knew about it already I should’ve already done the things t help myself. But Sara proved to be an amazing person to talk to, she tailored our sessions to meet my needs and held no judgement. She was honest and caring and impartial, which is what I needed
