Felt you could speak to all the staff. I feel if a patient has been in hospital for a long time, they would benefit from a trip out only for an hour or so, as I went out for the first time with family last week and found it quite daunting! It's easy to get out of touch with the outside world. Everyone has been brilliant and understanding.
