Duty nurses generally okay ish but communication poor . Was promised a phone call back which never happened one day next day I spent all my morning cancelling an appointment that never should Have been made . As I was unable to attend due to work commitments I found the service poor unresponsive and very “ computer said no “ attitude . I have ended up sourcing counselling externally . I shouldn’t think I will make contact with AMHT again unless I definitely have no other option
