Therapy sessions were very good, wish I could have more.
Some of the staff are wonderful, but seem under pressure most of the time.
The bed is very difficult to sleep on.
Occupational Therapy session could be more frequent, but they do give lots of encouragement.
Patience and understanding of staff is good. They treat me as an individual.
Therapy team were fantastic, very supportive and encouraging. Went the extra mile to assist his recovery.
All dimensions of his care was fab! Medical, physio, personal care etc. Staff are very caring at whatever level.
