Staff nurse Maggs and Samantha could not have done any more than they did. All the staff made you welcome, comfortable and safe. So glad we have the doctors, nurses and all staff are so competent, all with smiles.

All staff were friendly and caring. I have always had doubts about Blackpool Victoria Hospital, but after being here I cannot fault the treatment or staff.I would not have any worries if I had to return for any reason. Thank you for your care.

Nurses are great. HBelp patients when needed. Physio/rehabilitation could be improved. Better to help patient become mobile and stronger for returning home.

Previous experience on other wards was extremely negative.
However, my care on ward 11 has been positive. Staff have been pleasant, caring and efficient. Also taken time to inform family of the situation.
