The nurses in charge at night looked after me tremendously.
Hospital as be a pleasure.
Staff all good.
Every-one was so helpful.
Good: Timely explanations on my condition and every circumstances from experts.
- Reassuring "outlook" on future recovery options.
Bad: Whilst AMU is a very busy unit with plenty of traffic, there seemed to be too much noisy clanging/bangs through the night.
Everything was good about my care and could see no improvements.
Nurses and staff very good. But still overworked. More communication required between staff and next of kin. (husband of patient).
From the cleaner and house keeper to the nurses they are all so caring making sure the very old lady in the next bed got enough to drink and made sure she got fed. Improvements - more camodes.
Positive. 24 hour nursing care excellent. Meals varied in quality but generally good.
Negative. Lack of O.T cover at weekend extended my stay on ward unnecessarily by at least a day.
They were all very pleasant. Always there when needed.
