I found the staff to be friendly & caring. They spoke to me in a manner I could understand & listened to me. I felt comfortable asking for help. More pillows & turn the heating down a bit!!!

The staff were always very helpful if you had any queries. I did point one or two things out and the next day they were in place. I have nothing but he highest praise and respect for all the staff from the ward sister to the tea lady and cleaners.
