I was a little unsure of what was happening as part of my induction (came in at 9:30 on 19/03/16) but saw Pam on 20/03/16 who explained everything to me and my partner. I feel a lot better now as I have all the information I need. It would have been a lot better if I could have known this yesterday morning. I liked the way Pam explained to me what was happening and why. For such a busy ward I have been impressed with how the staff stay upbeat and friendly.
