Attentive staff who are clear and concise - willing to help when some can't wait to when you out. Improvements - less blood on ceiling (not mine!) trained staff -on how to take a temperature & how to tell the truth. Nurse call button out of order since 19.7.13?! Toilets filthy -seperated areas for adults/children/bleeding/vomiting/off their face etc. addicts
