I had my treatment at Tunbridge Wells, the care was amazing, the information was clear and precise. The treatment on my legs has given me confidence and a new lease of life, I no longer have itchy legs, abnormal swelling and pain. The procedure has taken away the unsightly and protruding veins, the transformation is astonishing, I am over joyed with the results and wished I had the treatment a long time ago. The staff are amazing understanding the importance of the patient needs, the care was person centred, and no pressure applied. Pre and post treatment was informative and the day after my treatment I had correspondence to ensure I was well and if I had any concerns. The centre is very helpful, it was reassuring to know that I could phone them anytime with any questions or concerns.

In 2023 I underwent laser treatment for a varicose vein that ran up the inside of my left leg, although it wasn’t horrendous it took away my confidence. After a privet consultation I was advised and reassured that it could be resolved and was warned about the brown staining that could occur which may take time to go or could be permanent in very few cases. The treatment wasn’t painful just a little discomfort and the healing process took a little time and some tight pulling sensations but with plenty of walking this resolved. I am writing this review to say that I am very happy with the results and although the staining took a while to go and there is still one little bit left it is really hardly noticeable and could pass as a small bruise. I was told to be patient! Please don’t hesitate if you are unsure about treatment as I am very happy with my results and don’t even think about it now. My treatment was done by Miss Nung Rudarakanchana who was very professional/ reassuring and most lovely.

Could not fault the reception together with the excellent care and treatment delivered by Dr Leto Mailli and her team. At each stage of the treatment all was explained to me clearly and succinctly - I felt totally at ease during the entire course of my treatment and the results are much, much better than I would have expected. Really welcoming and the staff puts your nerves at ease. The surgeon used normal language instead of technical so I was able to understand every step.

I found the staff extremely helpful and kind. My treatment was excellent and any pain I felt was dealt with at once. I could not fault the Doctor treating me and she explained everything in a very easy to understand way. I would not hesitate to recommend Vein Centre to anyone.

It was a quick procedure that has changed my life for the better, Dr Nung was very professional and caring, I had both legs done which turned out to be alot cheaper than 1 leg quoted by harley street, I would highly recommend.
