Wanted 2hrs and not even seen by Triage. Several other case went in earlier even though they did not appear as urgent as mine. I had already been to shotley bridge and was told I needed an xray

Nurses were very helpful, if I wanted to know anything. Improvement would be more nurses on ward instead of them been rushed off their feet with sickness levels.
