The wonderful quality, kindness and caring is almost impossible to quantify. I am so impressed with this level of professional expertise, care and efficiency that I would find it difficult to say what could be improved. Besides being so professionally competent, all of the ward staff exhibit and practise this extra dimension of caring about their patients. I should add that neighbours, friends and people in general in this locality with whom I come into contact share my well-considered opinions.
