Friendly staff.
Waiting times, could be improved.
Appointments booked outside of visiting times or an outpatient carpark as parking is atrocious.

Patient was catheterized for 4 days but on 2nd day the doctor was surprised patient has a catheter. It was not removed unless medically necessary, patient should not have a catheter for long.

Care on each ward is very fair to patient but is difficult when moved to different wards as sometimes information is different from ward to ward.
