Lynn the cleaner put in a better frame of mind, after I had my breast removed and was on the short stay ward, I was in a really bad placed and upset over the loss of my breast, Lynn saw this and told me her storey, it was so moving and to see her smiling and doing her job smiling as well inspired me, she put me in a better place when no one else could she is and always will be to me a very special lady what a credit she is to this ward.
