1. Facilities were spotlessly clean.
2. Staff friendly and competent.
3. Good efficiency from start to finish.
I don't know how this could be improved without. Better pay for staff.

The friendliness from all the staff. Nothing seemed to be any trouble reducing the stress we all feel on having to come into hospital for an operation.
I cannot fault the staff (or the meals!) on any level.
