Improvement:
- When arriving to unit was met by staff nurse who stated my "GP is incompetent and shouldn't have sent you here but since you all here now we will have to see you" - Making a bad situation worse, not professional.
- Consultant door left open when blood taken.
Good:
- Offered regular refreshments.
- Radiology staff very kind and reassuring.
