Very helpful staff that keep Grace entertained (which isn't easy).
Staff give advice if needed.
I feel happy to leave her knowing she's been well looked after.

Excellent care. Nothing too much trouble. Any questions answered fully and honestly, given any information/support I needed. Hospice itself lovely to be in.
Meals excellent, with good choice and if nothing suits they will try to find you something you like. Cannot stress highly enough how great a place this is until you have experienced it personally you don't realize the great work done here.

The staff of the hospice appear to be selected with care and compassion as the prime objective without exception it is so very reassuring that a group of people can, without exception, be so committed to the highest level of care and standards.
It is so noticeable that the reassurances by the ambulance service are fulfilled in full.

The facilities at Brian House are fantastic, every age is catered for, every child/young adult is warmly welcomed and treated with skill and importantly love. Parents/carers and family are always welcome and the support we are given is outstanding.
I know that when my son has time in Brian House he will be cared for to the highest degree, but most importantly he will be having fun - a very important thing if you have life/threatening condition. If they also had a hospice for twenty five years and life would be perfect.

All aspects of my care and treatment have been given with respect and consideration for myself.
All staff are helpful and friendly making visits very comfortable.

The large armchairs need altering - the cushion part of the arm slopes too short.
Cardboard bedpans very uncomfortable - especially if you are thin.
Food good - excellent soup.

Caring nursing staff.
Comafadire of other patients.
Food and drink very good.
Enjoy the games.
The Xmas celebrations are very good.
Really enjoy coming.
However would like the programme to last longer than 16 weeks you feel thrown out so maybe some after care.

You can have a bath and that makes me feel good. My feet are looked after.
I enjoyed the handicrafts. I have made eight scarves.
Food and drink is excellent.
All staff are very nice.
Nurses are excellent.
Games are very friendly.
Transport is excellent.
Can't think of anything that needs improving.
