I could not fault a single thing about Trinity hospice and all of the staff.
My nana had been looked after, cared for and spoken to like a queen. My nana is a queen, so strong. Trinity is beautiful, from a cleaner to the tea/ coffee lady everyone here is amazing I am going to donate to Trinity regularly and plan to take part in upcoming events to raise more.

Input from CNS team not needed at present time but will contact if any problems, very happy with follow up's from CNS team at this time had a great support from family and friends.

Support given to carers and family at the sad time was very reassuring knowing H @ H available during the night to call on for residents approaching T O L care.
Carers are very happy with H@ H service.

I would recommend this hospice to everyone. My nan was treated like a queen, every member of staff went out of their way to help us. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my nan to pass away. Such a homely, warming experience. I intend to donate and take part in upcoming events to take part, spread the the word about trinity and find more people to donate to this amazing place.
