Everything was good, Hannah's needs were well taken care of. From being a shy little girl she has glown confident and learned how to mix with other children I know she will miss you all, and thank you so much for the love and care you have all taken with Hannah.

Staff are always caring, treating everyone with kindness and dignity.
Staff are always informative if they cannot answer a question they will always seek out that information and feed it back.
Staff are always welcoming, however busy they are, they will always make each individual person feel important.

Nothing to improve on as the staff work very hard on insuring that all the children are well looked after fantastic staff can't thank them enough for what they do.

Being looked after, spoil, meeting like for like people in the same boat, learning more about the concerns, having Drs Nurses etc! on hand, always somebody to answer questions and always solutions.
