Very caring place-staff and volunteers-loves to come-wasn't sure at first but really enjoys it now.

Everything was good about the care I received here. I have nothing bad to say about it, the staff are caring and very respectful. When I came here, my bed was lifted and I was very happy. It's a beautiful place, peaceful and calm.

I don't think anything would be improved. The service is too good to be true and doesn't want to leave.

Complete love and care.
Nice to meet people and have a chat.
Food is excellent.
Talks are helpful.
Physio is marvellous.
Hairdressing really good.
Massage good too.
Nice to have a laugh with games.
Every need is met.

The care at the hospice was very good. The staff are so kind and helpful to all the patients. I look forward to coming every week.

From the moment I arrived into Aqua 1, I felt more at peace than I had done for weeks. I didn't understand my problems very well but felt that I could learn here.
The nurses were so friendly, caring and nothing was too much trouble. The volunteers were everywhere helping out. I understand the theory behind why it gets so late at night before meds and rooms are sorted but would prefer to be down to sleep earlier.
