Staff so kind, great. All care been good. No improvement required.
Everything good.
All good in general. But feel it's all a bit "rushed". Bells not answered quick - feel in pain longs then necessary.
Friendly experienced staff
No home visits, but support telephone calls only.
Audrey was glad we were at the other end of the phone, but the one time she needed us she was passed to the ill service. She felt this was unacceptable. She felt this w as unacceptable. She never received any help that night.
No direct contact with hospice at home. Telephone calls only. James's wife was comforted by the fact that there was someone on the end of the phone if necessary.
Excellent care. BVH let Roger down at the end though. Problems with medication.
Trinity superb.
Staff took their time, gave explanations. Enjoyed the garden with family when on IPU. Roger was treated with dignity and respect.
No improvements needed.
The team didn't see David too many times but they were very caring and professional when they did. He was admitted to IPU after a few days care at home.
Very supportive as Mr Lindsay struggled to get hold of the District nurses, so we were a God send for Janet and himself.
He cannot see what could be improved.
Very satisfied with the overall care.
Everything that was done for David was outstanding.
Kathryn cannot fault the care and support given by all the team. She hopes it will be around for many years, and if she needs it, we are there for her, in years to come.
