I feel like I couldn't get a better service. No way I could find fault with it. From volunteers and paid staff, the attitude towards patients - trying to do as much as they can for them.

Very supportive. Can't think of anything to be improved. A little bit more constructive therapy (what is already offered is great). Greater encouragement for self help.

Being able to have a bath was nice. Food is good, could be maybe be improved. The nurses are very nice.
