Spoke to wife who was disappointed as we were not able to get to her straight away when her husband was dying. Still grieving so didn't go into it too much just listened to grievances.

Nothing too much trouble for everyone involved in my husbands care. We are all put at ease wherever we were from going through to reception and on to the ward. A wonderful place and many many thanks for all you are doing here.
