The staff at Trinity Hospice have been really good and kind, they are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble and I can't thank them enough anyone who comes here is welcome with open arms and given so much love and attention I cannot thank all the staff enough for their enough but I am really really grateful to them all.
I just want to apologise for my handwriting and say a big thank you to everyone for their help and the food is also excellent.
Too.
Their is no improvement that can or should be made everything is perfect here.

Staff Availible On Change Overs As My Partner Waited Half an Hour For The Toilet. More Care On Patients Mouths. My Partner Had Thrush When She Arrived, It Was Not Treated Untill I Complained, But By Then Her Mouth Was Totaly Covered Making It Difficult To Swallow Or Breath, The Lack Of Fluids Or Water To Drink, It Seemed It Was Not Inportant And For Me It Contributed To Her Early Death. If I Had My Time Over I Would Not Have Let Her Come Into This Place To Die.
