The home visits have been very gently conducted at the same time all the medical needs for my current stage of cancer were teased out, then acted on quickly. In many ways it raised spirits.
I can't think of any way it would need improving.

Trinity Hospice team were simply fantastic, professional in every sense, calm, thoughtful, and personal. My fathers care was smooth with these special people, and we are forever grateful for their help. Continue what you do, and make sure they are paid correctly for their splendid efforts.
