All staff very caring and kind concerning no 4 opposite- it relations to take original information given to trinity from the hospital. I dislike know I had been discharge when I declined further chemotherapy.
Since then, all fine!

When I was in trinity last April 2016.
I could not fault the care I received.
When the trinity nurses visited my house a few weeks ago.
They were so helpful to me.
So there is nothing to improve 100% care.
