My stay here has been so positive because of the kindness of all the staff. Nothing has been too much trouble for anybody caring for me. I have been so grateful for that I would like to thank everyone who has had a part in my care.

Should be Trinity hotel, treated with respect nothing too much trouble staff all smiling. Home from home everyone amazing. It has helped my daughter come to terms with me dying, this means the world to me.

The hospice at home teams were fine and no complaints. Plenty of support given to her mum and herself.

The whole experience was great. Pleasure Marie took all my fear and worries away from me and left me with contentment with the back up provided. She was like a good friend. I never knew.

I always love to see the enthusiasm of the staff when we arrive and they greet us.
I also always leave feeling reassured that my daughter will be OK and will have fun.
