Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
All the nurses do a brilliant job, though some are totally outstanding, always having a smile on their face with a friendly and encouraging ward to offer.
Some who understand totally, a persons needs and make them feel comfortable and at ease.
My husband calls them his Angels.
Find the admission process a little long-winded and my husband did get a little agitated.
Understanding its hard when there is a lot to do.

The thing that has helped me is social activities and very helpful and friendly. I thank all the volunteer for their time. I have done craft at the craft doing the pots for plants. I enjoy it very much. People are nice the dinner(food) is so good I enjoyed eating and the drinks are so good. No problems is very good to all us disabled.

Holistic care to baby and family - totally satisfied with all aspects. Staff are all lovely - no complaints about the service or its provision.

Nothing to improve.
All the staff at Brian Howk are fabulous my son loved going there and I know he is well looked after spoilt often.
All never want to leave!

Enjoys trips out.
Loves the staff especially Vicki, Suc, Andy and Viv.
