The thing that has helped me is social activities and very helpful and friendly. I thank all the volunteer for their time. I have done craft at the craft doing the pots for plants. I enjoy it very much. People are nice the dinner(food) is so good I enjoyed eating and the drinks are so good. No problems is very good to all us disabled.

This was my first appointment and did not know what to expect. The person that was dealing with me treated me very well and was able to answer questions that my family and I needed to know. Was given some useful information leaflets that answered other questions. I am unable to find anything to improve on at the present time.

I like the fact that they personally know each child and their needs.
If any don't they take the time to make sure they know everything they need to know.
Can't fault the staff or service.
It's an amazing thing they do. :-)

Holistic care to baby and family - totally satisfied with all aspects. Staff are all lovely - no complaints about the service or its provision.

Nothing to improve.
All the staff at Brian Howk are fabulous my son loved going there and I know he is well looked after spoilt often.
All never want to leave!
