Ringing me weekly to see how I am doing demonstrating genuine care and following up my concerns and needs. I also get regular visits by qualified nurses are a great help with my medication. This is a great service and nothing needs to be changed. I would like more information. The progress of my tumor if they are able to give it I occasionally pass blood with my faeces and don't know why or what it means.

The care I have received has been tailored to my needs.
The therapist has been very thorough with targeting where the stress in my body is and I feel that it has helped me to relax both during and after each session.

Care manager said she could not fault the hospice at home team on anything, they were easy to get hold of very prompt.
So kind and caring and supportive.

Hospice at home team she found very supportive, kind and gentle.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Trinity were good at getting on top of pain and she tell anyone she meets how amazing H at H Trinity are and to fundraise for us.
