Hospice @ Home is excellent service. Does not know how she would have got through without them. Wished there was a day service as well. Staff excellent and kind.

Could not praise HCH enough when we got involved it made such a difference, to the whole family felt so well supported. Staff excellent so kind, thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble. Made such a difference life saviours, could not do without HCH.

Been in here twice in the Trinity Hospice. And I've great service and support. The staff have always been happy and cracking jokes to keep your spirits up.

Staff lovely caring and treat patient as a whole person, not just a list of ailments. When patient doesn't fully understand, maybe relatives could be informed of medications and treatments etc and patients usual likes and dislikes.

The patient and family were extremely happy with H@Home service, very prompt to attend and nothing was too much trouble.

I am enjoying my time here. The staff are very good. There is one place that needs improvement. The relaxation room is very claustrophobic. Needs rethinking other than that all lovely.
