The care provided by all the staff at Trinity was second to none. Everybody made my mum, myself and the rest of the family feel cared for and listened to mum and myself and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent attitude of staff.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Suggested improvements
Sometimes a delay of up to 20 minutes for painrelief to be given. Medicines required signing off etc, this took time. It would help if an accessible apply were immediately available but this may not be possible.
