Karen was very knowledgeable and knew how to sort my issues regarding my medication I was having.
Made no take promises just firm actions.
Karen has kept in contact with me making sure all is OK.
Love her enthusiasm and passion she has for her job and concern for others.

From the start when you are picked up the day start. When you get to the hospice you are greeted with happy smiles and good morning.
Nothing is too much trouble for anyone something always going on and plenty of help from getting anywhere day goes so fast it is a happy place to come to.

Care home, think H@H are a fantastic service. Feel very well supported in the night, shame its not in the day as well.
