Husband of this patient wanted to thank the team for their excellent care, thorough explanations about what was to follow.
The team allowed his wife to pass away very peacefully at home.
They gave lots of support, encouragement and put the family's minds at rest.
Couldn't have done it without them.

Therapies were very good. Maybe have a buddy system for patients to help settle in better, someone who is close to the end of their program.

I found my dad's care in Trinity to be exceptional were were kept informed and staff could't do enough for us.
Even now my dad is still being cared for by the lovely staff until the funeral directors pick him up.
I find it impossible to find anything to improve this wonderful service.

All was excellent, no improvement needed in any area whatsoever.
Thank you so much for helping us to endure this time in a way that would have been impossible in any other circumstances.
