Nice and caring manner.
Felt in control of my lymphoedema and my treatment which is very important to me,

Amazing service, staff are great, such care and support. I was alone with mum when she died, it would have been nice just to have someone to sit with me for support.

Excellent service. Phone calls at night were great, you felt well supported and knew there was someone to call in the night every night if you needed them.
