Staff very patient and understanding. Products are not quite what I want. I'll have to use the stockings, but I think they could come up with a lighter material for me but maybe I just have to have the heavy duty ones.

Patient consented on home visits to document feedback on his behalf.
The patient's care was excellent. Hadn't realized the level of support available to him until Trinity CNS insisted. They were an enormous support to both himself and his wife. Felt he could discuss openly how he felt and felt listened to.
