Fromt he moment we arrived we were made to feel as though we were the only family on the unit. Staff were not only excellent with my aunty but our family. Extremely understanding of our situation and allowing us to stay by her side the entire time. They have treated my aunty with absolute dignity and respect at all times even when she was very confused and agitated to being unconscious.

My only negative is you need soft closing doors.

Ellis had a two night respite stay at Brian House last week. He really enjoyed being taken out doing craft activities with the kind and caring staff there. Mum spent time with her other children whilst Ellie was at Brian House.

She enjoyed his recent 2 night stay at Brian House.
The staff took great care of him and he enjoyed being bothered his stay there gave mum and dad the chance to have a date night, which they really enjoyed.
