Nurses were wonderful.
Suggested improvements
No complaint but one nurse had told family to call and she would come out herself when family did call that particular and nurse not available. Family felt they had fake expectation.

London enjoyed her recent overnight stay at Brian House. She really enjoys socializing with the staff, and other children there. Her stay gave mum t he change to go to Manchester. Which she really enjoyed.

I was very pleased with Joanne who was really helpful with explaining to me how much progress can be made to yourself and my husband to improve movement and showed me difference things to do to care for my body.
