Emily loves coming to Brian house and always asks when she is going back. The staff take care of her and I value the time she spends there as it gives me chance to have a rest as I am now caring for her full time.

Rachel, her daughter Natalia and myself were treated with warmth, kindness and support. The information given was delivered clearly and at a pace we could take in at a very distressing time. We felt understoood supported and no longer felt alone in this life limited journey.

There is nothing that could have been done better. Very satisfied.

Dad hated the thought of coming and getting the help he needed. Within the first day he was won over by the care and attention and calls it 5* plus care and attention to detail is superb!

Esme had a great stay at Brian house recently and enjoyed the activities she did when there. I saw lots of pictures when she was there and she looked very happy. I managed to get a bit of rest too.

Donna has helped me through a very difficult time. The complementary therapy provided by Donna has helped me to sleep. I think this is an excellent service for those going through bereavement.

We are new to the Brian house service. Kian recently had his first overnight stay there. He really enjoyed himself and I cannot fault anything re his care. The staff are excellent and I already have confidence and trust they will take great care of Kian when he is there. His stay gave me a much needed break from my caring duties.
