Emily always enjoys going to Brian house. She had an overnight stay there last week and settled well. The staff take great care of her. I appreciate the break her stay gives me from my caring duties.

Admission process was not as smooth as in previous stays. Transcribing was done partially by whats app photographs of medication but not made clear to me. I would still have to come into sign the document to verify before admission. I asked so was able to come into sign.

Emily loves going to Brian House and had a 3 night stay there last week and is still talking about the fun time she had. The staff know her really well and take great care of her. Grandparents care for her full time and really appreciate the rest from their caring duties Emily's stay at Brian house gives them.

Nothing could have been done better.
