I felt very relaxed and at ease. I was made aware of all the help and assistance available to me. Having support at hand is important so I feel very lucky to have that in place now.
Exceptional service beautiful place, extremely caring staff.
Joanne is so informative and caring and puts you at ease. I am going to miss her.
Nurse Hill explained everything to me and a very nice person.
Donna (Amelia's mum) said the best bit about the stay was the sandcastle as Amelia really likes going in the pool, mum said it's also nice to spend time with her 2 other children and taking them out without thinking about where and when she needs to do things, also time for cleaning and uninterrupted sleep.
I was treated with care and at long last was hapopy they knew what lymphoedema was and it was explained to me. I did have two doctors in the past who were a great help but once Highfield surgery took over our surgery about 10 years ago it all stopped, they didn't know what it was until I saw a nurse who was a great help.
Nothing could be improved in my opinion. Just a shame lymphedema clinics have been removed from hospital settings. However I have found my appointments here at Trinity Hospice very helpful and informative. Joanne was absolutely lovely, very knowledgable and helpful. She is a credit to you. Thank you.
Mum seemed to get lost in the system it was ages before Trinity made contact, this was after the family had to chase it up. One staff did come to see mum they were lovely.
