Standard of care was second to none for the patient and her family. Total involvement, respect, warmth and dignity. Staff quickly identified anyone struggling emotionally and were ready with a hug and a listening ear.

I don't think anything could have been done better. You are all marvelous. Thank you for your outstanding service.
