My child had spiral surgery recently and an admission to Brian House for a respite stay the staff quickly updated his care plan to meet his current needs. They updates the reward book I send in with him and were available to speak to me when I called to enquire how he was. His stay gave me the rest I desperately needed.

Nothing could have been done better.
