Feedback given from patients wife during bereavement call. Extremely grateful for the care provided in the community with regards to support from CNS team. "Could not thank the nursing staff and volunteers, catering staff and everyone involved in caring for my husband". "Everyone is so kind and nothing is too much trouble". Wanted to thank everyone involved at Triniky hospice.
