Your Trinity nurses were extremely engaging, friendly and had a super way of telling me, and my family, just how 'things' were. No questions were too much trouble and their explanations were clear and concise. Nothing was hidden from me and all my questions were answered clearly. Very little could be improved upon your first class service which is to be highly commended. The only thing I personally would have liked would have been some indication of a 'time-schedule' but I guess that is the one thing you can't do.
