Every member of staff greet you with genuine smile and care. They always have time for you and always ask how you are and how they can help. My mother has been treated amazingly well, very clean, presentable and cared for to the highest standard. The place is peaceful but still happy where everyone treats you with the greatest of respect and care. I'm very impressed and will never forget how great we have been treated!
