Meeting Lynsey and getting so much from this home visit was so completely different from what I was expecting/dreading. I felt like a friend had called in to help and support me on a bad day. Even the dog adored her. I was offered so much that I didn't even know was available and realise that Trinity Hospice is about so much more than just end of life treatment. It was lovely to sit and talk but I know Lynsey was finding out about me and my condition and what help I might need. She left with a list of things she was going to do/sort out for me. I felt far more positive about managing my anxiety and worry about breathlessness. I am so grateful to have been referred to this wonderful service and plan to make full use of everything I am offered. This will also help my husband who is doing so much to care for me.

I honestly don't think there is anything that could improve on what I was given today.
