All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The regular phone calls in the evening were reassuring and on the occasions we called out the hospice at Home team, they were a great comfort in difficult circumstances. The palliative care nurse specialist has been especially supportive. The only negative was when my husband was discharged from the service without being told.
