Lizzie was collected by Brian house staff last week and taken to the zoo. She enjoyed seeing the animals but become unsettled when staff put her on a swing. Mum said some days Lizzie enjoys the park and their she does not.
Suggested improvements
Staff came to collect Lizzie in the Brian house car. She cannot travel in a car that only in her wheelchair, so parents had to transport her to the 300. the care plan has been updated so this will not happen again. Until this point Brian house staff had not been informed that Lizzie could only be transported in her wheelchair.
