Oliver came to Brian house last week for an overnight stay which gave me time to spend with my daughter and husband. Oliver is well looked after when at Brian house.
Suggested improvements
I had ordered a new medicine for Oliver to bring to Brian house unfortunately. I sent the wrong bottle and was only told it was incorrect 15 minutes after it should have been given. Also when I collected Oliver to take him home I had to ask if his hearing aids and bottles has been packed to take home. They hadn't. If I hadn't asked I would have only found out when at home and would have to pay for a taxi journey back to Brian house to collect them.
